Standard Charges: All charges will be clearly outlined in the quotation. In situations where a quotation is not available (e.g., emergency works), the following standard charges apply

Hourly rate £65 per hour

 (or any part thereof) plus additional travel and parking charges. Emergency, evening, weekend, and bank holiday rates may vary (see below)

Standard Boiler Service £100 plus any additional travel and parking charges

A comprehensive safety inspection and cleaning of your boiler. Our engineers will ensure your appliance is operating safely and efficiently. If any parts or additional work are needed, we'll provide a fixed-price quote. A safety report and PDF certificate will be issued, along with an annual service reminder. Radiators will be checked, and a CO alarm test will be performed.

Unvented Hot Water Tank Service £65

A safety check and service of your hot water storage tank and associated controls. If further work or parts are required a fixed price quote will be issued.

Boiler Service and Hot Water tank £140

Boiler/Heating breakdown (Mon-Fri 8am-5pm) £120 plus any additional travel and parking charges

Minimum charge this includes first hour labour. Fixed price repair issued if we can not fix fault within the first hour. Additional time will be charged in 30 minute increments.

Gas or Central heating breakdown (Mon-Friday 5pm -8pm Saturday 8am-5pm) £120

Minimum charge, this includes the first hour labour. If we can’t fix your fault within the first hour or we require parts a fixed price quote will be issued.

Gas or Central heating breakdown OUT OF HOURS Mon-Saturday 8pm-8am, Sunday £190

Minimum charge, this includes the first hour labour. If we can’t fix your fault within the first hour or we require parts a fixed price quote will be issued.

Labour Per Hour £65

Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm

Boiler Service (full strip down) £130 plus any additional travel and parking charges and parts

Full strip clean of appliance, flue and ventilation checks, CO alarm check and PDF certificate. Annual service reminder..

Landlord Gas Safety Inspections (CP12) £90

Up to 2 appliances, gas meter and pipework check. CO alarm check. PDF certificate and annual reminder.

Gas Cooker or Hob Installation £130 plus any additional travel, parking charges and parts

Includes minor pipework alteration, gas isolation valve, security chain where required, gas tightness test and PDF certificate.

Powerflush £650 up to 10 radiators + £45 per additional radiator

The price includes the inhibitor and a Powerflush certificate. Please note that a site survey is required before the Powerflush can be performed..

Material Charges

Costs for materials supplied beyond those quoted will be added to the final invoice.
Troubleshooting 

If troubleshooting is requested but no work is carried out, the standard hourly rate plus any travel charges will apply.
