At Mascor Gas Services, we offer a comprehensive range of boiler services to ensure your heating system operates safely and efficiently. Below is an overview of our services along with their respective prices:

Standard Boiler Service – £100

This service includes a thorough safety inspection and cleaning of your boiler. Our engineers will ensure your appliance is operating safely and efficiently. If any parts or additional work are needed, we'll provide a fixed-price quote. A safety report and PDF certificate will be issued, along with an annual service reminder. Radiators will be checked, and a CO alarm test will be performed.

Full Strip Down Boiler Service – £130

For boilers requiring a more intensive service, we offer a full strip-down option. This involves a complete disassembly and thorough cleaning of the appliance, flue, and ventilation checks. A CO alarm check is also performed, and a PDF certificate is provided upon completion. An annual service reminder is included.

Unvented Hot Water Tank Service – £60

This service includes a safety check and maintenance of your hot water storage tank and associated controls. If further work or parts are required, a fixed-price quote will be issued.

Combined Boiler and Hot Water Tank Service – £130

For comprehensive maintenance, we offer a combined service that includes both the standard boiler service and the unvented hot water tank service.

Boiler/Heating Breakdown Services

Standard Hours (Mon-Fri 8am-5pm) – £120: This includes the first hour of labor. If we cannot fix the fault within the first hour, or if parts are required, a fixed-price quote will be provided. Additional time will be charged in 30-minute increments.

Extended Hours (Mon-Fri 5pm-8pm, Sat 8am-5pm) – £120: Similar to our standard hours service, this includes the first hour of labor with the same terms for additional work.

Out of Hours (Mon-Sat 8pm-8am, Sunday) – £190: This service is available for emergencies outside of regular working hours. The fee includes the first hour of labor, with a fixed-price quote provided if further work or parts are necessary.

Landlord Gas Safety Inspections (CP12) – £90

This inspection covers up to two appliances, including a gas meter and pipework check. A CO alarm check is also performed. A PDF certificate and annual reminder are provided upon completion.

Gas Cooker or Hob Installation – £120

Our installation service includes minor pipework alterations, gas isolation valve installation, security chain fitting where required, a gas tightness test, and a PDF certificate.

Powerflush – £650 (up to 10 radiators)

A Powerflush cleans your entire heating system, improving efficiency and prolonging its lifespan. The price includes inhibitor and a Powerflush certificate. Please note that a site survey is required before the Powerflush can be performed. For systems with more than 10 radiators, an additional £45 per radiator will be charged.

Additional Charges

Please be aware that all prices include VAT. Travel and parking charges may apply to certain services. Costs for materials supplied beyond those quoted will be added to the final invoice. If troubleshooting is requested but no work is carried out, the standard hourly rate plus any travel charges will apply.
